Upgrade of line

<p>I upgraded my line with a 24month contract and was promised that my setup will be woring and I will have my router in 7-10days. Long story short, by the time I went on a 10 day course in Vaalwater where we can not access our telephones during the day, they wanted to deliver. A month after my upgrade. Now after I came back and started enquiring, Courier IT sent the package back. So guess what, I will have to start the entire one month fight again with Telkom. You at Telkom probably know by know that you have been rated the company with the worst service for years. Is that something to be proud about??</p>
