Upgrade not delivered, no answer at call centre

I have been contacted by Telkom for an upgrade. Phone was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I have spent in total 48 minutes holding for the sales department to follow up with no success. Online chat was completely useless. All they do is refer you to sales.
