Upgrade nightmare

So I currently have a mobiles contract with Telkom which I would like to upgrade, customer service says I must call the sales department, sales department says they don't do upgrades I must call account department, accounts department sends me back to sales or online, I go online and the form doesn't submit it gives an error, just wow looks like they don't do upgrades they only want new sales. I am not pleased with this and think I am gonna cancel my existing contract to a different service provider. Telkom service is just k*k! I would advise you not to subscribe with them.
