Upgrade nightmare

I'm giving a two star review because at some stage it did feel like Telkom was going to help me, that hope has since faded. I've been trying for 3 days to upgrade my contract with Telkom, in this time they have failed numerous times to contact me, and every time I contact them there's a new development that makes it even more difficult for me to upgrade. As it stands I urge anyone considering Telkom as a Service Provider to look elsewhere - unless you want to deal with people who don't care for your time and have no respect for clients.
