Upgrade mobile contract. Epic fail Telkom.

I am currently due for an upgrade. I have sent numerous requests online for someone to call me. Tried chatting to an agent using their online platform. Tried calling them. Tried doing the upgrade online and still nothing. No response. It is absolutely frustrating.
