upgrade lie

so I was called by these guys a few weeks ago asking if I wanted to upgrade to LTE WIRELESS. Although at work, my curiosity and politeness made me susceptible to hear this out. surely enough, after nearly 10 min of listening, I told the consultant that yes-give me the upgrade. she took down details...gave her thanks and told me to expect delivery within 3-5 business days. its been nearly a month...and no LTE...no upgrade. you've wasted my time, for god knows what ****-but I can officially conclude that Telkom is nothing but an *********** circus. strike that. a circus can run smoother and with more efficiency.
