Upgrade issues

I did an upgrade yesterday and I have been trying to get hold of the person who helped me since this morning but Telkom has given me numbers of companies they work with but I got a call from them yesterday. We got the upgrade going now I need to make changes to that request no one seam to know who I spoke to or if there is any way to make changes to it. There are three or four companies when they call you the say they call from Telkom but when I called Telkom they say they have no idea which of the companies I spoke to. Their system doesn't show anything and they have no idea whats going on. Accounts sent me to the call center and the call center sent me to accounts. Since morning I have not been able to resolve anything. Wow. Great one Telkom.
