Upgrade internet to get slower speed

<p>I upgraded my speed from 2 to 4 megs only to get slower speed than I originally had, i.e. 0.6megs. Logging faults on their portal is useless because no real resolution, only calls to "update on progress" and close calls without approval. Regret is an understatement. Reference 923CRK140317</p>

Hi. Still no change. Tests done between 7pm and midnight with speeds ranging from 1.79 to 2.1mbs.

Hi. A tech came to my house this afternoon, did some work but there's no change. If anything, it's worse. Speed tests are barely making 1mbs now. Please could someone sort this out urgently!
