Upgrade Horror

I regret renewing my contract after 4 years in January. I'm still awaiting my gift / accessories voucher. Apparently I would have received it in less than 7 days now it's 2 months later. I've been in contact with the sales person via WhatsApp a few times than he started to ignore me. He would blue tick me & never reply. I think he blocked me. Last time I went to the shop, he showed me the emails / messages that he sent to IT & all. Telkom Canalwalk is a disappointment. I even went to other branches & asked for help / advice how to get the voucher. I've requested a copy of the contract also which I've never recieved.
