Upgrade horror

<p>Got a call from Telkom on the 8th of February regarding and upgrade for our cellphone. Today is the 6th of March no phone has arrived no call from telkom. I did a follow up today was on the phone for an hour and transferred through 6 different departments and non of those departments know where the phone is even though they confirm that the upgrade was approved. Lol Telkom is a joke if you thinking about taking up a contract with them TURN AROUND AND WALK AWAY!!! You've been warned there is no customer service despite the good deals.</p>
