I am highly unhappy with the level of service that I have been receiving from Telkom and Sell direct.

I have been stalked for weeks to upgrade my contract even though I told consultants that I would rather go instore.

Firstly it took me a fight for Sell Direct to activate my new sim card once the phone had been delivered. I went through failed activations multiple phone calls to sell direct and Telkom just for my upgrade to be processed. Thinking things had been sorted now my Telkom statement says due date 03 Jan 2017 with a charge of R1526.50

The consultant who I spoke to said I will only be paying at the end of January 2017 for the upgrade. I am at point of terminating my contract because after 2 years of excellent service received from Telkom to be treated in this manner is highly unacceptable. I get offered a payment arrangement plan when I called Telkom. I am highly unhappy with the way things have been handled please go through the records and you will see that indeed the consultant did say end of January 2017 or else I would not have authorized the upgrade. This feels like Telkom and Sell direct are a money making scheme and want to rip us (consumers) off.
