Upgrade from ADSL to Fibre NIGHTMARE

It’s no surprise that you guys are rated so low. Just to get a migration/upgrade is a nightmare. I got a call from a clearly *********** agent telling me that I qualify to move from ADSL to fibre. She confirmed that all is done and I’ll receive an sms/email notification to this day nothing has been received. I call Telkom to ask about the sms and upgrade and I’m told again by an *********** agent that there are tech difficulties in updating sales so I have to wait ‘ I called too soon’ lol how ridiculous. I call after 3 days to request for a new contract as the other one clearly does not exist cause it was a **** I’m told by yet another *********** agent that they are not sure if there is fibre coverage in my area lmao. Imagine I’m chasing these people for an upgrade when they should be chasing me as a paying and loyal customer for years. The next call I’m going to make is to CANCEL you guys are ridiculous.
