Upgrade from 4mb to 10mg (nothings changed except my price?)

<p>I have recently upgraded from a 4mb to a 10mb line and nothing has changed except my bill. I have logged several calls only to have them closed with no contact from Telkom at all. Today it happened again, ***. I am told i will be charged for an engineer to come out? Seriously Telkom can't get their house in order and I must pay more because I am not happy paying for a service which I am not getting?</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE CAN SOMEONE COMPETANT CALL ME?</p>
