upgrade due

I was contacted by numerous agents about the deal for R199 15g plus huawei tab I told them I will go into the store. ..I went to the store last week was told by agent at telkom store in N1 I need a payslip even though I have 2 contracts with telkom which is due for upgrade I go to the telkom direct store today without out a payslip and was assisted however now I'm being told the deal has closed where I app**** via Facebook 2 weeks ago also this is **** on top of everything the lady at the direct store tries to put the deal through now it's declined based on credit threshold but apparently you need to earn over R8000 in order to qualify for 3 lines where my salary is more than double that I really needs assistance as I would like the deal I bought a new laptop hence me applying for the wife deal, I would like close my 2 existing lines as I don't need new phones at this stage and keep a relationship with telkom
