UPGRADE - DELAY - NO COMUNICATION OF DELAY

I initially did an online contract upgrade, they called, did not tell me that they out of stock on the item initially .. waiting for the item, not informing me of the delay, had to call them after weeks to find out, then they tell me that they OUT OF STOCK, want to change to another device that they currently have, but they will call me back to create the contract (WHY CANT THEY CHANGE AND SET THE DEAL UP THERE AND THERE.. WHAT A WASTE), and now i am waiting again for a long time, for them to call me back.. TELKOM is a waste of time .. having incompetant people working for them.. THEY ARE WHAT MAKES OR BREAKS the COMPANY..
