Upgrade

I was contacted by Head Office in Westville, advising that my phone is due for an upgrade. I’ve contacted Pretty at Hayfields Pmb, that also confirmed it’s is due for an upgrade. Due to the fact of no stock of the IPhone 11 I phoned 10213 to do it telephonically, but was advised that my number was cancelled (which is the primary number of all my active contracts) I have spend endless time holding and just to be sent from pillar to post.
