upgrade date

As per my complaint logged 2 nov 2015<br> Thank you for the person that called me regarding this complaint.<br> You advise me that I can have my upgrade on the 25th Dec 2015...and I accepted that.<br> I was promised that this was definitely my upgrade date..<br> I went to telkom irene mall villiage just to check what stock they have and also what upgrade i qualify for......guess what I was told.....miss thomson...you can only upgrade in January 2016..<br> I wanted to open another contract for my daughter but I am sorry.....I have had it with Telkom....absolutely had it....<br> Telkom Irene staff is also the most unhelpful I have ever come across...<br> Thanks for spoiling my day and please take a minute to listen to.the call that was made to me.regarding this issue
