Upgrade but going to cancel soon

I did an upgrade in January over the phone for a double deal on a Samsung phone.. The agent told me within 7 working days I will receive.. After not receiving any feedback whatsoever from telkom I phoned in to check in on my upgrade was told the phones are out of stock and to wait... A month later no feedback still from telkom so we phoned in an the agent told me that they won't be getting the phones in stock.. Why advertise for phone deals if u don't have stock of the phones and even then why not inform ur customers... Why should we be running after you to get service... A very disappointed customer.. I don't feel like extending my contracts with u... If I don't get any help asap I am going to cancel my contracts
