Pathetic service I've been phoning for assistance on my upgrade with no luck... I spoke to Nomvela Cele regarding my query which was useless as she just wanted to end the call telling me that she escalated to her team leader Kaylin Fredricks who will only be calling me in 24 hours. There was no service rendered here at all...
