Upgrade at Telkom

We tried to upgrade but was told we have to wait 3 months because our debit order didn't go off on the correct date. A person would've thought that during this COVID pandemic Telkom would be more understanding but this is not the case. we've bee a business customer for about 6 years now and the service we received was really beyond bad!!!!!!!!! Our business have been struggling during this time but we've always paid our Telkom account even if it was a few days late but we still have to wait 3 months to upgrade now???
