UPGRADE

I have called on October 12 for upgrade till today I haven't received my phone, This is the comapny I paid more than thousand rand every month. insant of treating me like a value customer they showed me middle finger. I am calling everyday but nothing. There's nothing that makes me angry when the (Sherrie Arries) ******* called me with *** pretend to call from Telkom and the worst part is she has my Telkom profile. How safe is my details with. So if Telkom can't deliver my phone they must cancell all my contract with them. They should act as they don't have competition.
