Upgrade

I received an email from Telkom Mobile on 25 August 2015 that I am now due for an upgrade. I went to the Telkom store at Canal Walk. I stood in the queue for half an hour - only to find out I wasted my time. The agent told me that I am only due for an upgrade in 2016!!!! Why did I receive a email???? And it wasn't the first one. In May I had received another email telling me that I am due for an upgrade in four months. Please check your facts. I am sick of Telkom. I can't wait to get out of this contract.<br>
