UPGRADE
On he 19.06.2015 I phoned Telkom to upgrade from 2 speed and 10 GB of data to 10 speed and 20 GB data . I was told that will take 72 hrs for the transfer. Today is 29.06.2015 , 240 hrs later nothing is done NOTHING. That is wrong with you , what is wrong with you Telkom. I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP.
