Upgrade

<p>i upgraded my wi fi service about 2 weeks ago I went In store in potchefstroom as I stay in fochville it is the closest store I didn't have my I'd with me so they gave me the forms to fill in and email it to her with my I'd which I did. I have sent many emails asking when I will get my new router and wi fi booster. I today phoned Telkom and they told me I need to phone the store because they don't send it out they need to give it to me in store. My emails don't get answered and the telephone number for potchefstroom store says it doesn't exist! So I ask you what type of service is this?</p>
