Upgrade
I was phoned by telkom for a promotional upgrade in end of March. I decided to proceed and the person told me the upgrade will be done in 4-5 Working days. after 10 working days I decided to phone telkom to find out when this will happen and to no surprise they had never created such an order for an upgrade.
