Updgrade is a ****

I have made a complaint about Telkom and received a reference number and to date no response they over charge people when you take a new contract or updgrade and never explain device fee my bill was double the amount it’s supposed to be I was billed twice for a device fee.. when I called in I was told blatantly by the agent it’s normal and there’s nothing they can do about it I even visited the kiosk @ the V&A and was told the same thing ..
