Updating Telkom account

I have a problem with Telkom account.. I called them several times asking them to update my account to the credit report but they didn't .. They have removed my account from credit report and this is affecting my credit score from all the credit reports like Transunion, Experian, Xds and other. Please assist me to update my Telkom account
