Update Transunion and Experian ans also send paid-up letter

Good day,

Telkom chose not to updated Transunion and Experian after an account has been settled in March and it's a struggle to get hold of them so they can send a paid-up letter so I can send it myself to these institutions. Please update urgently as it affects my payment behavior and scoring.
