Update credit beraue

Good day, I had a contract phone with telkom which I settled recently and got my paid up letter. However I've been asking them to update my credit beraue profile and they taking forever. I'm in a process of purchasing a new house and this the only thing standing in my way just an update. My question is how long does it take just to update one's profile? This is so frustrating 😡😡
