update banking details with Telkom near IMPOSSIBLE

My account number: ********** 77 My WIFI Mobile number: ********** I have asked a million times via email to please update my new banking details and change debit order.. Still not done. I phoned but no one ever answers the phone. They keep debiting my old account causing extra charges for me - Telkom is liable for this. HORRIFIC SERVICE
