What is it called when a large business accepts your deposit to perform a service, fails to deliver that service, and then keeps your deposit. After supplying the accounts department with proof of payment, and I jumping through every hoop I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. It is unbelievable, the level of business ethic that Telkom has, how are they still operating as a business? I just want my money back, so I can move on with my life and never have to deal with Telkom again.
