Up dating your details is impossible
I have been on MY Telkom and tried to change my physical and postal addresses but you can't How do I change my details. Surely this should be a basic function

06 Sept 2018, 15:16This is how Telkom always reply with a reference number. I never here anything after this. How do I change my postal and physical address on my account is all I want to know. Obviously Telkom don't know how. I have tried sending a email but that system does not work.
