Unwilling to provide good customer service

Unwilling to provide good customer service. I contacted them twice and they cannot give me a specific date for insyallation. My quwstion is how must one plan to take leave from work so someone can be at home for ibstallation. My second question is how long will it take to solve a technical issue if they cannot even give a date for installation. I just canceled my order not going to sit at home until tney wake up and send a installation tech.
