Unwilling to lift a finger -- too much work
I had an online Telkom chat experience again today. The one where , without any notice, your chat window can suddenly disappear. The main goal of establishing contact with "we can't and won't help you" customer service sludge pool was to ascertain my cancellation demand was received and to get an unambiguous reply from Telkom about the processing of my cancellation.
If you are not a complete ***** company, then you can very easily tell me right here, that you have received my cancellation notice. Stop wasting my time and ducking and diving. I will just intensify my social awareness campaign on your tactics, should you persist in playing games with me.
The cancellation is on account ********** 10.

09 Nov 2017, 14:23I have confirmation that my query has been received on ref# AI ********** .
Thanks Telkom, but like I asked specifically I need confirmation that you are processing my cancellation. That is it. No magic, voodoo or quantum-entanglement communication to your "black-hole" cancellations department is required. Unless your cancellations department is actually lost in a singularity? Just own up, if that is case...

10 Nov 2017, 15:39I have been given a bogus reference number according to Rulani Constance. Must talk to the social media department to get information about whether cancellation has been received. Incredibly a customer service agent does not have access to information regarding cancellations. They ask you 4 security questions but there seems to be no point to it as they can't provide you any meaningful information. Telkom, you are deplorable, and should be investigated for this ***** you engage in!
