Unwarrented Subscription Charge

We are a Retirement Village and we are being charged on something called YellowDot Content, apparently a number of clients have the same problem, we have been quering for months and nothing is being done about it, we are still being charged monthly. We now refuse to pay for this service as we never subscribed or app**** for it!!! Telkom are aware of this and have not assisted to date.
