Unwarranted Cancellation of Telkom Contract By Telkom

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning my contract with Telkom, which has been cancelled without any prior communication or justification. This action was taken despite my account being well maintained. As a result of the cancellation, my line has been disconnected, and I am now without a phone number. I believe that this cancellation is unwarranted and a violation of my rights as a consumer. Moreover, this abrupt cancellation is likely to incur additional costs that I should not be responsible for, considering the circumstances. I visited the Telkom store in Sandton City yesterday, where the staff were equally puzzled by the sudden cancellation. A case number has been generated for review but Telkom lack of customer centricity is appalling to say the least.
