Unwanted upgrade

<p>Someone from Telkom phoned me, offered an upgrade to 4MB, said it would cost R40 per month. I accepted, then looked it up and found cost would be R140 per month, so phoned Telkom and told them to cancel it. They said no rder had come through, but a note would be made to cancel any upgrade, I later phoned again to confirm and they said still no order but the note was there not to upgrade. Today I receive an email that I have been upgraded with the huge extra monthly cost. What is wrong with Telkom???</p>
