Unwanted units from Telkom

New phone unit delivered to my elderly mother. NO previous contact, NO call to help with instruction. Her current hands-free unit was just disconnected without notification. I wrote an email about the issue to Telkom one week ago, and ZERO response, not even an acknowledgment. This has happened to other senior citizens as well. At this stage she is without a landline service as the unit does NOT work. Absolutely pathetic service.
