Unwanted Prime Video Subscription

Hi, I upgraded my contract a year ago. They gave me Prime Video for 3 months free. After 3 months its now added to my invoice monthly. I HAVE CALLED AND CANCELLED, I have even gone to branch As South Coast Mall , I am still being billed. CAN someone from Telkom assist
