Unusable Mo'nice Data

Last week I purchased 13GB with of internet data from my Mo'nice. I have 10GB left that I have not been able to use because the SIM card is always "Refreshing data". My data is about to expire but I CAN'T use it. I paid a lot of money to purchase the internet data. Instead of the internet data I purchased I get an unreliable, nonsensical and complete waste of money "internet data" that I can't use.

The quality of product is a joke! I'm sick and tired of having the same problems with Telkom.
