Unusable internet

For the past month, my line will go from great, to unusable at least 9 - 10 times a day.<br> <br> Like now, according to [URL Removed] my ping, download and upload speed tested locally (Johannesburg - CellC) are:<br> Ping: 2076<br> Download speed: 0.08 Mbps<br> Upload Speed: 0.01 Mbps<br> <br> I have a 2mbps line, and this is completely unacceptable. <br> <br> I've reported the fault twice before, both times, they told me the fault has been resolved, but to no avail. <br> <br> On an unrelated note, I've been on hold (phoned 10210) for just over 30 mins now...
