Unusable Data Sim Card provided at Top Learner award.

Hi Telkom A data sim card was received at Top Learner award held at Telkom Park Centurion. The sim card does not work. Both a local Telkom Shop and a Service Call Center Agent on 081180 advised we need to take it back to the shop where it was obtained from, which is not practical as the sim card was received at the marquee tent where the ceremony was hosted. This was also explained to both Service Agents and no alternative avenues where provided other than to go back to where the sim card was received.
