Untruthful Sales

Untruthful sales! Vezi Bongiwe insured me that I will be on a month to month term before I signed up for Telkom Fibre. I have a written email proof of this from the Telkom employee. Telkom registered me as Contract client...? And now I cannot cancel. Reason why want to cancel... No internet connection most of the time or very slow. Spent thousands on technicians and all of of them blame Telkom lines! Do not know what to do... Think legal action with costs must be the next step.
