<p>Once again I am writing this for the ************* service given, if its not a problem getting your ADSL line installed now its a hassle getting the fixed line look alike cancelled. Once again when I ordered my ADSL line on 6th of Febraury, the consultant said that once the ADSL line is installed the Fixed Line look alike would be cancelled. Now I have a new line and internet service, now there is issues in cancelling my fixed line look alike with number ********** . HOw can you tell one thing and when I needs to happen, there is other porceddures. I do not have the use of to numbers, one is enough. I need the look a like to be cancelled immedetaitely as I am not using both, so why do I need to pay for both services if I only need one. Please assist me in sorting this out.</p>
