<p>I app**** for a Telkom LTE uncapped package early in July 2016. I received the router and simcard, no issues. Upon taking out this package I was promised that the antenna that comes with the package (the reason why I took the package) will be installed 2 weeks after delivery of the hardware.</p> <p> </p> <p>After NUMEROUS calls efforts to communicate with Telkom to find out when the installation will take place, I have not had ANY response and no one at Telkom can help me. But the payment side of things runs like a well oiled machine and no problem in taking my money but I doont have a LTE service for more than a month now. </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom keeps making promises that they will call me when I call the call centre, but they dont stick to their promises, and they have made many promises to me. "We will call you today" and "I have escalated this issue, and someone will call you today" are the common promises they make which the DO NOT keep.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not pay for a service which I dont receive.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect a follow up on this from Telkom.</p>
