UNTRAINED STAFF

True Musgrave Centre branch might as well be non existent. The ONLY person who is courteous and knowledgeable is their manager and when he’s not available, which has been each time I go in lately, I am advised that they cannot help with whatever questions I have and must go to either Westville Pavillion or Gateway Which means the use of my petrol and travelling at my age 76! Please can you either close it or get efficient and knowledgeable consultants. PLUS it took me THREE VISITS to the Westville Pavillion to get ONE problem CORRECTLY finalised.
