UNTRAINED/ SKILLED AGENTS tarnish Telkom’s reputation.

UNPROFESSIONAL TELKOM AGENT NAMED ROSE.

Tuesday, 23 APRIL 2024. At 14:24 I was called by a Telkom agent - Rose (number: ***) to verify my details and latest purchase with Telkom. Before we could verify I had requested that she’d also assist with cancellation for my existing ( soon to expire contract). With an attitude she refused to assist requesting unnecessary information of which was not requested by the other consultant when I was FORCED to call in. Because your unskilled worker could not attend to my request.

Only a few minutes later, after enquiring about a consultant by the name of rose, a private call went straight to voicemail, the voice of this woman insulting me vernac. I could recognise her accent from our previous call.

Is it not against your policy or infact a ******** offence for your consultants to make use of customer details for personal gain?
