Untrained call center staff!

I have been waiting for Telkoms (Openserve) to contact me regarding installation. I was told technicians would be out over the weekend past - they didn't bother to call. At 12:18 - 1.01.2019, I received a call from a Telkom line ( ********** ) - got through to a call centre agent, who for a minute continued to talk to her colleague about her free gift from another customer. I greeted this agent 3 times, after which she ended the call. I suppose I'll be waiting another day for a call that I'm sure won't resolve anything. Telkom - I was warned your service levels were below standard - you have just confirmed that.
