Unsuspension of my accounts

Bad service. Unsuspension of accounts not done eversince February 2022. Everytime I call 180 I've been promised that within 24-48 hours will be opened, others will say within 4 to 5 hours. I sent proof of payments to *** on the 20th March but up until now my lines are not opened. Cell No. ***
