Unsuspending of a prepaid number

Never struggled so much with unsuspending my number that was reported to be blocked as I lost my phone - its 5 days now without my number as Telkom call centre can't help because the system is showing a pending order. This has been the worst nonsense I've experienced - being sent from post to pillar by *********** resources from the call centre and stupid escalations. I have been to Centurion Mall store to check as some will advise me that the unsuspension is in place only to find out otherwise - imagine the bull****.
